At the top end of the Dyna line comes the 2009 Super Glide Custom. Harley-Davidson engineers created this bike with the intentions of packing it with most of the features and style of the more expensive Softail bikes, but without adding to the overall price tag. It shares a lot in common with the standard Super Glide but the final product is distinctive in its own right. The Dyna Super Glide Custom is powered by the air-cooled, Twin Cam 96 engine and six speed transmission. Like all other models on the 2009 lineup, this bike comes equipped with electronic fuel injection to increase performance and efficiency. The engine is powder coated and features chromed cylinder heads, the seat is a solo unit and the shorty exhaust pipes not only manage to stand out, but enhance the refined look of the bike.
Setting at the heavier end of the Dyna family, the Harley-Davidson Fat Bob is a V-Twin cruiser that retains much of the nimble maneuverability of the more lightweight models in the line up. Led by twin headlights braced between polished triple clamps, this is one motorcycle that has an unmistakable street presence. Among the bike’s top features is the one that nobody could possibly miss, the beating and powerfully sounding heart also knows as the Twin Cam 96 engine. The bike’s centerpiece and a work of art itself - the motor - is fuel injected so it will not only provide the unmistakably grunty engine torque of 92 ft. lbs. but ensure low fuel consumption and great responsiveness making this bike ready for either back roads or a city cruise. The six-speed transmission channels power to the solid cast aluminum disc wheels with authority and enhances the fuel-sipping nature of [...]

If "bad boy biker" is the look you’re after, then it might be best to take a second glance at Harley-Davidson's 2009 Dyna Street Bob. This is a motorcycle with an attitude that kicks, a modern distillation of classic post-war Bobber design, the Dyna Street Bob is stripped down to the edge of street-legal trim. This restyled member of the 2009 Dyna lineup injects raw-boned street presence into a bold, custom styled package. A quick glance at the chopped rear fender and a retro tail light give hints that the Street Bob is being given a look which is typified by old school “garage engineering.” The Street Bob a good looking bike in one of the baseline Dyna models and transforms it into a great looking bike through a series of small detail upgrades which culminates at overall attractive and compact look. We see the solo seat getting reworked and [...]

For 2009 Harley-Davidson decided that Dyna Low Rider had enough demand to continue production for an additional year. This classic motorcycle, with roots reaching all the way back to the ‘70’s, features long, low styling and easy handling. Its 25.8” seat height provides a low center of gravity, the stylized low-profile suspension and raked-out forks add to the effect. Pull-back handlebar riser, mid-mount foot controls and standard highway pegs combine to provide a functional ergonomic package which is results in a high level of comfort over the long haul.
The 2009 Super Glide is the Harley-Davidson Dyna in its purest form. It offers Twin Cam 96 power under a solo seat cradled in a nimble Dyna chassis. It is the most affordable example of the '09 Big Twin breeds and serves as an inviting canvas for extreme and creative customization without leaving the stock rider disappointed in any way.
