The 2009 Sportster 1200 Low has all the power of the other members of the 1200 line made it to a mean, stripped down persona.
While it lacks the oversized front wheel, custom handlebars, and front mounted foot pegs this Harley-Davidson motorcycle still has a mean kick. The 1200cc engine turns out 79 ft-lbs of torque at 4000 RPM. It’s mated to the standard six speed transmission, is that with electronic sequential port fuel injection (ESPFI). It boasts better than average fuel economy without sacrificing power or performance.
Take a quick look at this bike and you find chrome, staggered Shorty exhaust, full front and rear fender, two-up classic seat, stainless steel pullback handlebars, a narrow frame and suspension, and a 4.5 gallon low style custom fuel tank.
