At the top end of the Dyna line comes the 2009 Super Glide Custom. Harley-Davidson engineers created this bike with the intentions of packing it with most of the features and style of the more expensive Softail bikes, but without adding to the overall price tag.
The Dyna Super Glide Custom is powered by the air-cooled, Twin Cam 96 engine and six speed transmission. Like all other models on the 2009 lineup, this bike comes equipped with electronic fuel injection to increase performance and efficiency.
Major styling variations include the chrome staggered shorty exhaust, wrap-around rear fender, classic wide one-piece seat, chrome low-profile tank-mounted console, and five custom paint schemes. This model is shown laid out in Vivid Black/Pewter Pearl.
